Heidi and I thought we would try our hand at making mozzarella cheese. Fortunately you can benefit from our effort the following is our detailed process to make cheese.
How to make cheese:
Step 1- Boil some ingredients and then press out all the liquid.
Step 2- Knead it...I think. Then reheat it and knead it again and again and again.
Step 3- Grate it.
Step 4- Show off the grated cheese...and then eat!

I love it! Now if I could just figure out how to get the homemade yeast to turn out, we could combine our skills to make a very time consuming pizza! MMmmmm.
Have we mentioned that we really really like you guys? If we ever have to defend our like of you to anyone, we will definitely use this post =)
p.s. I also like Heidi in particular because she will understand why I had to delete the previous comment after realizing I'd used a period instead of a question mark...how embarrassing!!
