Not bad for her 2nd cut...she even cut the time from 3 hours to an 1.5 hours.

Great-Aunt Mable

Who would have thought I'd go all the way to Shreveport, Louisiana to meet my Great-Aunt. She does look like a Johnson though. We hung out for a while and chatted about the fam. She also gave me a photo of Great Grandma and Grandpa Johnson. She also told me that Great Grandma's family died from an Indian attack as they traveled by wagon out west, she was overlooked by the Indians and a family passing by picked her up and she stayed with that family.

Lake Clairborne

It's not as great as it looks. The water is very shallow so it feels like warm bathtub water, a little creepy when you think you are going for a nice cool dip after getting all hot and sweaty. This is not a resivour, it was not made for water storage. It was made cuz the residents nearby wanted a lake to play on... Please Governor can we have a lake...please...

Hurray!! We found a bike trial that is not within 100 ft of a major road...and that isn't private property where you will get shot.

This is the incredible amount of groceries that Heidi single-handedly brought home from the store on her bicycle...ask me if she was proud of her accomplishment. Um...yeah she was extremely proud of it!

Our Apartment

This is our lovely place. These drapes are Heidi's masterful conversion of a shower curtain to drapes.

Alligators, Alligators!!

These guys were gunna go swimming, but changed their minds.

Holy tons of alligators Batman...this was just in one area!!



You can't go to an alligator farm and pass up these great photo opportunities.

Don't let the picture fool you. Some how the pic didn't come out right and we became giants, cuz that is really a 1o foot gator...

LAST DAY!!!

This was my last day of anatomy, so no more smelling like fermaldahyde. I don't know who was happier, Heidi or me.
